It is the patient’s responsibility to verify insurance participation. If your insurance requires a referral please notify our office. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the referral. If 48 hour notification is not given a referral may NOT be processed.
You can now e-mail referral requests to referrals@mypreferredpediatrics.com. Please include patients name, date of birth, contact phone number, specialist name and number, diagnosis, type of insurance, date of appointment, and the office patient is usually seen (Snowden or Lee's Hill).
