The specialist and urgent cares listed below are our recommendations. Please call the number listed below to make an appointment with the appropriate physician. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify insurance participation. If your insurance requires a referral notify our office with the appointment date. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the referral. If 48 hour notification is not given referral may NOT be processed.

 

You can now e-mail referral requests to referrals@mypreferredpediatrics.com. Please include patients name, date of birth, contact phone number, specialist name and number, diagnosis, type of insurance, date of appointment, and the office patient is uaually seen (Snowden or Lee's Hill).
